The aim of the course is to provide real estate brokerage knowledge and skills. The curriculum of this post-graduate studies course meets the minimum curriculum requirements of the Minister of Infrastructure contained in the Order of the Minister of Infrastructure of 7 June 2010 on the minimum curriculum requirements for post-graduate studies in real estate appraisal, real estate brokerage and real estate management (Journal of Laws No. 117 item 786). This order authorises the relevant minister for construction, spatial management and housing policy issues, as construed in Art. 196(3) point 1 of the Act of 21 August 1997 on Real Estate Management (Journal of Laws of 2010 No. 102, item 651, as amended).
This course is directed to college graduates (with bachelor’s and master’s degrees or the equivalent), who want to learn a new attractive profession: real estate broker.
Graduates receive a Real Estate Brokerage Post-Graduate course diploma which entitle them to apply for a real estate broker’s license (after completing a mandatory internships). In order for our graduates to sever the internships, the school recommends them to real estate brokers and real local estate broker associations.
