The aim of the course is to teach students the basics of food safety, present the latest principles of quality management and provide a comprehensive knowledge of food safety systems. The students learn the methods of product identification and labelling.
This course is directed to college graduates, i.e. persons with bachelor’s or master’s degrees (or the equivalent). This new course should be especially interesting to all those who work as technologists, production managers, quality controllers etc. Students who wish to broaden their knowledge of food safety management are also welcome.
