This course is directed to persons who work (or intend to work) in personnel management department or run their own businesses in this area.
The increasingly complex management of new economy organisations requires cutting-edge human resources solutions. The aim of the Human Resources Management course is to present modern solutions in employee recruitment; the development and taking advantage of employees’ talents and potential; motivating, especially through employee remuneration systems; affecting job satisfaction; building employee commitment and employee assessment, including periodic assessment. Presenting these solutions also enables students to develop their ability to design solutions in these fields in management practice. These aims are sure to be achieved thanks to the selection of subjects dealt with during the course and the selection of the teaching staff, where ca. 40% are persons with distinguished practical achievements to their names.
