The Management course provides theoretical and practical knowledge on the sciences of management and related sciences concerning the essence, regularities and problems of the operation of organisations–businesses and public institutions. It teaches to recognise, diagnose and solve problems in human resources, material, financial and information management, as well as prepares to be able to carry out basic process (venture) management operations in economic and administrative organisations.
Graduates of the Management course are qualified to work as organisation and management specialists and mid-level managers/executives in practically every area of a business’s operation, especially in: human resources management, logistics, marketing, production management, labour management and project management. They are also fully qualified to run their own business. Graduates have the ability to successfully communicate, negotiate, persuade and work in a team.
