Graduates have the knowledge and practical skills to prepare them for employment in research institutions, industry and public services and also to start up their own business. Graduates can choose to take up work in cutting-edge science and diagnostic laboratories. Some of them choose to continue their education and take a PhD course. They can also work in biotechnology, pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies.
