This post-graduate studies course train students to knowingly aid organisations in achieving their goals, in line with what is expected of modern administration in terms of managerial control. Thanks to this students will acquire the skills to help the effective implementation and monitoring of managerial control systems in organisations. The aim of the course is to train students to knowingly aid organisations in achieving their goals, in line with what is expected of modern administration in terms of managerial control. The course enables them to learn and understand the components related to organisation management and the requirements posited by the Act on Public Finance concerning the setting up of managerial control systems. The course enables the acquiring of the skills to help the effective implementation and monitoring of managerial control systems in government and local government organisations. Graduates will have acquired knowledge about the identifying of threats and opportunities to achieve the organisation’s goals, the possible ways to prevent the appearance of potential risks, effective communication and feedback information retrieval. The course is directed to public administration staff, persons responsible for the effective implementation and monitoring of the condition of managerial control, including for risk management, and to internal auditors.
