This Management in Education Post-Graduate Studies course is directed to persons who deal with the issues of education; school principals and the directors of educational institutions, as well as to persons who are preparing for executive roles in education. The course also trains education managers to independently manage educational institutions in a competitive way in the new education system and develops the ability to use their managerial knowledge in their professional practice.
This course is directed first and foremost to persons who are morally predisposed and have the right personality traits to serve in executive roles in education. The values a teacher has and their way of behaviour determine their value as human beings and good pedagogues. In their interpersonal relationships, persons who seek principal and executive positions in education should be: objective, just, helpful to their students, consistent, empathetic, honest and discreet. Persons with such personality traits may develop social awareness in young people.
