The aim of the post-graduate course in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Business and Management is to provide students with up-to-date knowledge and practical skills concerning the management of small and medium-sized enterprises, how to manage and take advantage of EU funds and to promote entrepreneurship. Small and medium-sized enterprises play a very important role in the Polish economy and the economy of the European Union. Their operations stimulates economic growth and provides many jobs. The development of the SME sector in Poland gives rise to the need for professional education of its executives. Furthermore, the aim of the course is to provide the business knowledge necessary to set up your own business, run it and develop it, provide the necessary knowledge about the business environment in which an SME works, to develop the skills necessary to run and develop your own business.
This post-graduate studies course in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Business and Management is directed to persons who already run or want to start up their own business, executives and employees of SMEs, executives and employees of large enterprises who wish to acquire the qualifications to start up and run their own company, small business consultants who wish to acquire the knowledge and practical skills in the functioning of small and medium-sized enterprises, college graduates who wish to acquire new skills and knowledge about SME management that are very much in demand in today’s job market. The course is directed to persons with master’s diplomas or the equivalent (both economic and non-economic) who wish to start up their own business and do it in an effective way. The course is open to persons with a college (minimum bachelor’s) degree.
