Graduates know how to solve problems and have the skills to communicate with the people around them in the workplace, can effectively use available sources of information and office technology, know how to actively participate in teamwork and how to lead small teams. Furthermore, they have the theoretical and practical knowledge to work in government, local and economic administration institutions. The course also enables graduates to serve in executive positions which require the knowledge of how the said institutions work and the principles of human resources management in such institutions.
Graduates can find employment not only in city halls, municipal offices, poviat (country) authorities, marshal’s and voivodship (regional) offices, and in broadly understood public administration, but also in companies, public institutions, i.e. everywhere there is a need for knowledge and skills related to team management.
